Conference Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions (changing one person to another in the same workshop) can be made by the account holder by May 31, 2010 without charge. Substitutions from one workshop to another must be done by the Registrar, and can be made in writing through May 31, 2010 without charge. Substitutions are made on a space available basis when requested in writing.

Substitutions received after May 31, 2010 will be assessed a $20 late change fee.

On-site substitutions involving subject or level changes may be assessed a $50 fee.

Cancellations. Registrants unable to attend or send a substitute participant for the same workshop may receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee, provided the cancellation is requested in writing by May 31, 2010. Because conference arrangements are finalized on this date, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests made after May 31, 2010.
